ResponsibilitiesLead all sales and business development activities in the industrial sector across South America, including direct customer engagement and distributor management.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company''s presence in the region, ensuring sustainable business growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Actively pursue new business opportunities and drive the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring that targets and revenue objectives are met or exceeded.
Represent the company at regional trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and technical support, to optimize customer solutions.
Provide regular market insights, competitive analysis, and sales reports to support strategic decision-making.
Serve as the companys key representative in the South American market, taking full ownership of regional sales operations and business expansion.
QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the industrial sector.
Experience in X-ray detectors, X-ray components, industrial NDT, or inspection systems is highly preferred.
Strong ability to drive sales strategies from planning to successful execution.
Business-level proficiency in English; Chinese is plusSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and establish the companys presence in a new region.
Willingness to travel extensively within South America as required.
