We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth in the region.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that meets or exceeds regional sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Identify, qualify, and manage customer relationships to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Metric Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Communication: Effectively communicate sales performance and market trends to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
