Job DescriptionProcurement Buyer (Req#: 29272)

Main responsibilities are the purchase of strategic materials and services according to procurement policy, perform and build strategic business plan.

Follow the complete procurement process according P2P, procurement policy and principles of strategic sourcing (RFI / RFP / TCO), aligned with the scope defined with the stakeholders.

Lead negotiations regarding services and materials for direct & indirect purchases (Raw Material; MRO; Facilities; Lab Suppliers; Supply Chain; IT and others).

Lead strategies for continuous cost reduction through the development of new suppliers and renegotiations on current spend.

Implement in collaboration with stakeholders the service level indicators for all strategic contracts.

Promote cost breakdown analysis, should costing and run regular benchmarks.

Manage the supplier's relationship, seeking opportunities to improve partnership and innovation.

Straight communication with global procurement partners to align strategies and leverage contracts.
