Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry

We are seeking a senior headhunter to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden, and to support their relocation and integration.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers who are ready to move to Sweden.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate relocation with the support of our team.
  • Work with a global team of recruiters and the executive management team in Sweden.
  • Coordinate relocation logistics with the Swedish delivery management team (visas, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
  • Coordinate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Contribute to a team culture focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.
  • Represent Telescope0s core values of joy, trust, and professionalism.
Required competence
  • At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
  • Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a "no" as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.
Extent & Duration

Start ASAP. Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice. Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
