  • Own and manage the overall commercial relationship with key automotive OEM clients

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and finance teams to formulate and position compelling offerings
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact client presentations, proposals, and business cases
  • Conduct regular business reviews and feedback sessions with customers to assess satisfaction, identify risks, and implement improvements
  • Serve as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution of issues in coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain CRM systems and accurate forecasting of sales pipeline and revenue
  • Represent ECARX at industry events, client meetings, and strategic reviews

Competency

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5–10+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development in the automotive or high-tech industry
  • Strong knowledge of automotive industry dynamics, ideally including OEM decision processes and product lifecycles
  • Familiarity with digital cockpit, ADAS, infotainment, connectivity, or vehicle computing products
  • Engineering or technical background with the ability to understand product features and translate them into business value
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial relationships and multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Proven track record in handling RFQs, contract negotiations, and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills, including competitive benchmarking and market analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting
