Required:
- FPSO Experience
- Seaman's Book and certificates
Responsibilities:
- Oversee fabrication, installation, alignment, and welding of pipes.
- Ensure correct pipe routing and support installation based on isometric drawings and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
- Lead teams of pipe fitters, welders, riggers, and helpers.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure productivity and quality.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments.
- Check fit-up, welding, and installation against specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC inspectors for visual and non-destructive testing (e.g., X-ray, hydrotest).
- Work with engineers, planners, and other discipline foremen (e.g., structural, mechanical).
- Resolve field issues and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Track work completion, material usage, and manpower.
- Report daily progress to the Piping Supervisor or Construction Manager.
