The IT Product Lead (ITPL) is a key role responsible for bridging business strategy, process, and technology execution to deliver impactful digital solutions. Acting as a product expert and trusted advisor, the ITPL collaborates with both business and technology stakeholders to ensure that product roadmaps, business capabilities, and solution designs are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand their processes, challenges, and strategic objectives.
  • Own and maintain the product and business capability roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology best practices.
  • Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of innovative solutions by mapping business capabilities, crafting solution designs, and translating business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Facilitate the definition and execution of multi-year product strategies, OKRs, and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and value realization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineers, solution architects, UX, and delivery partners—to drive product development and successful releases.
  • Support business case development and benefit estimation for new initiatives, ensuring solutions deliver expected business outcomes.
  • Monitor and assess business processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, and process improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, business analysis, or a related IT role. (3 to 5 Years)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Spanish is a plus.
