This role will ensure alignment with the rest of the Local Product Management Team, the local marketing, and commercial teams.
This position is part of the Product Management team, located in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico or Chile and will be hybrid/remote (could work in Subsidiary or home office, when is not visiting customer).
**In this role, a typical day will look like**:
- Latam PM will be the connection between Hach USA and LatAm regions, deploying product strategies in all regions (BR, MX, CO and CL).
- Responsible for Hach Process product performance and NPD (new products development) performance together with all subsidiaries and Export business and align targets with HACH USA when needed.
Responsible for NPD forecast.
- Responsible to evaluate Hach Process Product line, through analyses and identify gaps by region to evaluate and move actions to cover the gap.
- Responsible for Product and technical Training for associates and technical marketing materials/Value selling/battle cards.
- Organize product and service training with HACH USA for specific products in all LatAm regions.
- Customer ´s visit together with commercial team to develop new product opportunities in different markets.
- Develop new business case together with local Product Managers and present to Hach USA.
- Responsible for Latam contribution margin and balance between margin and sales volume in the region.
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Advanced English and Spanish
- Bachelor in Sciences, Biology, Environmental Sciences and Chemical Engineering.
- 5-7 years experience in technical sales, Market and Product knowledge.
