- Source and promote job opportunities through various channels, including social media and networking events
- Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers
- Partner with local operations and HR teams to support interviews and hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with policies and maintain accurate candidate documentation and data records
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
- Experience in healthcare (preferred)
- Active presence on LinkedIn and experience with ATS systems
- Experience developing relationships with schools and feeder organizations
- Previous involvement in community relations and recruitment events
