- Partner with local operations and HR teams to support interviews and hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain candidate documentation
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Experience in healthcare is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
- Active presence on LinkedIn and experience with ATS systems
- Previous experience in community engagement or relationship-building with educational institutions
- Ability to travel periodically for recruiting events and job fairs
