This position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English. We seek a proactive, communicative professional who is passionate about hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn and grow in HR and operations, within a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.

You will be part of a team that communicates with clients directly when appropriate and operates with autonomy and responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive talent sourcing and hiring support
  • Administrative tasks related to people operations
  • Communication with team members and, when appropriate, with clients
  • Supporting processes related to onboarding and candidate qualification
  • Ensuring accuracy and timely handling of recruitment documentation
Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves
  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • International experience
  • Undergraduate degree
Contract and Benefits
  • As a Contractor (PJ), you will have: Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months)

Location
