Responsibilities

Independently manage matters related to the daily operations of in-country cash pools (if any) and coordinate cash repatriation initiatives with the local team; Lead the cash flow forecasting process with local teams; Conduct investment activities for surplus funds, if any.

Arrange necessary credit lines to support business growth and closely monitor their utilization; Coordinate the capital injection process, including ensuring internal controls and local regulatory compliance.

• Financial Institution Relationship Management

Act as the main contact for banks and ensure sound service from them; Coordinate bank interfaces with IT/ERP teams; Stay up-to-date with market evolution to apply suitable solutions to our business at all times.

Ensure smooth FX hedging/spot activities, including developing optimal strategies, setting up necessary bank/internal facilities, and ensuring proper operations at all times; Provide necessary guidance/training to entities to maintain a robust FX risk management process.

Arrange and select appropriate international settlement products for the company.

Act as the insurance correspondent for the countries in scope, including correct and timely reporting/declaration, and managing the insurance program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• At least 7+ years of relevant working experience in treasury.
• In-depth understanding of Brazil's financial market dynamics, regulatory frameworks (BACEN, CVM), and local policies affecting treasury operations.
• Have a strong sense of compliance, be proactive and responsible at work, be good at communication, and possess the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Fluent/advanced English is mandatory.
