Job Overview
As a Commissioned Sales Representative at MonetizeMore, you will be the face of our brand in the LATAM region, driving new business by identifying, engaging, and converting publisher leads into long-term clients. This role begins as a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. Upon consistent achievement of sales targets, you will transition to a fixed salary plus commission, offering stability and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify high-potential publishers in LATAM through research, networking, and industry events
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored ad-tech solutions
  • Sales Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals, including product demos, proposals, and negotiations
  • Market Representation: Represent MonetizeMore at industry conferences, webinars, and events to establish market presence
  • Collaboration: Work with account management and technical teams for onboarding and optimization
  • Reporting and Analytics: Use CRM tools to track sales performance and provide regular updates
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on LATAM ad-tech trends, competitors, and publisher needs to refine strategies

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in ad-tech, digital advertising, or SaaS
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of header bidding, programmatic advertising, ad optimization, and monetization
  • Skills:
    • Proven lead generation and closing skills in a competitive market
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
    • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
  • Regional Expertise: Knowledge of LATAM digital publishing landscape, fluency in English and preferably another LATAM language (Portuguese, Spanish, French)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Compensation Structure

  • $0–$10,000 Monthly Revenue: 10% commission
  • $10,001–$25,000 Monthly Revenue: 12% commission
  • $25,001–$50,000 Monthly Revenue: 15% commission
  • $50,001+ Monthly Revenue: 18% commission

Commissions are based on revenue from new client acquisitions and paid monthly.
