  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Experience implementing process improvements;
  • Experience with or exposure to payroll processes is preferred;
  • Fluency in English;

Responsibilities

  • Handle service requests from the Brazil Payroll team and identify opportunities for process improvement through projects, Power BI, robotic process automation (RPA), and other automation solutions;
  • Participate in global meetings to support the implementation of service catalogs in Brazil;
  • Work closely with the Payroll team to understand its needs and operational requirements;
  • Develop action plans, flowcharts, and process maps in line with company programs and guidelines.
