Atividades

  • Fazer a ponte entre os times táticos e as lideranças estratégicas
  • Gerenciar o equipe de Customer Success, supervisionando atividades de relacionamento com os clientes e atingimento de metas comerciais (renovação, upsell, cross-sell, saúde das contas, entre outros)
  • Interface com a Demand Generation Team Leader para alinhar estratégias de geração de demanda e crescimento de receita
  • Analisar e reportar os indicadores comerciais visando a um alto nível de governança
  • Diagnosticar indicadores abaixo do ritmo esperado
  • Desenvolver e implementar planos de ação para aumentar a performance do time
