A high-impact sales director to spearhead revenue growth in LATAM.
Main Responsibilities:- Create and execute a strategic pipeline of $1m-$2m annual revenue across LATAM, leveraging TradFi and DeFi sectors.
- Earn new business opportunities by developing qualified leads from inception to closure.
- Build trust with CTOs, CISOs & innovation leaders through expertise in cybersecurity, blockchain, and infra SaaS.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in cybersecurity, blockchain, or infra SaaS.
- Proficiency in cryptocurrency and understanding of on-chain risk, smart contract dynamics, and TradFi-Web3 overlap.
- Leadership and management of sales teams.
- Strategic planning and execution.
- Crypto asset valuation and portfolio optimization.
