The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning metrics into meaningful business action. This role supports our team in analyzing product, marketing, and user data to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
Responsibilities- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the user funnel, campaigns, and customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop hypotheses and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
- Support experimentation efforts by designing and evaluating A/B tests and other data-driven initiatives.
- Analyze product, marketing, and user data to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
- 2+ years of experience in a data or growth analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Understanding of product funnels, experimentation frameworks, and growth metrics.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
