Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive market expansion strategies, focusing on the beauty, CPG, food & beverage, and finance/fintech sectors.
  • Create scalable sales processes, methodologies, and best practices that drive consistent revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the US General Manager and global executive team to define market positioning against competitors and establish a strong market presence.
  • Represent the company through thought leadership and networking at industry events such as Cannes Lions, SXSW, and Advertising Week.

The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic sales leadership, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with senior marketing decision-makers. They will play a crucial role in taking the company from an emerging player to a market leader in the US market.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in strategic sales leadership, revenue growth, and relationship-building.
  • Strong understanding of the US market, including the beauty, CPG, food & beverage, and finance/fintech sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
