Director of Educational Program Development

This role is a senior leadership position that oversees the national implementation, renewals, and expansion of educational programs. The Senior Director provides strategic guidance on relationships with key clients, leading the client success team to ensure high-value outcomes from the programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops annual milestones, performance goals, and leads the client success team to achieve revenue growth through renewals and expansion.
- Manages large teams, including management-level positions, providing leadership development support and coaching.
- Collaborates with research and product teams to inform future product design and ensures feedback is incorporated.
- Leads quarterly and annual business reviews with key stakeholders and tracks competitor presence and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of successful experience in a senior management role managing sales, business development, and partnership development.
- Leadership experience required, managing large teams and overseeing budget development and management.
