Your Mission

Your mission is to lead and develop the LATAM Master Data operation, ensuring synergy, compliance, deadlines, and service levels from third-party data entry providers across SAP systems. You will support business strategies, drive digitalization of data management processes, and lead teams located in Brazil and Argentina.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational strategy for LATAM, aligning with global guidelines and local needs.
• Lead and develop the Master Data team, fostering high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and integrity of master data (customers, suppliers/Value Capture, materials, etc.).
• Act as a strategic partner with business areas to ensure data initiatives support decision-making and sustainable growth.
• Promote innovation and digitalization of Master Data processes via automation tools, analytics, and digital solutions.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement best market practices in data management.
• Monitor KPIs at tactical, strategic, and managerial levels to drive continuous improvement and meet business needs.
• Participate in regional and global digital transformation projects related to data management.
• Benchmark to maintain high performance/automation levels and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation with the team.
• Manage key regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment, active listening, and end-to-end process changes within and outside Master Data operations.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Knowledge of data governance, digitalization processes, and automation.
• Familiarity with MDM tools, ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), Power BI, among others.
• Experience in digital innovation projects applied to data management or Supply Chain areas.
• Experience managing and developing multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience applying LEAN, PDCA, Kaizen concepts and tools for mapping opportunities and root-cause analysis.
