  • Master Data & Excellence LATAM is responsible for ensuring the integrity of data across the various SAP instances used in the region, considering customers, productive materials, non-productive materials (BRA), and Value Capture (Soy). Our main Goal is to ensure the quality, accuracy, and continuity of business operations without interruptions.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

Position Summary:

  • Master Data Coordinator for LATAM will be responsible for leading the operation of Materials, Customers, and Value Capture across the region, ensuring synergy, compliance, deadline adherence, and service levels from third-party company responsible for data entry in the various SAP systems used across the region. The coordinator will also support business strategies, acting as a transformation agent by promoting innovation and the digitalization of data management processes, as well as leading and developing their team located in both Brazil and Argentina.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the operational strategy in the LATAM region, aligning with global guidelines and local needs.
  • Lead and develop the Master Data team, fostering a high-performance environment, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of master data (customers, suppliers (Value Capture), materials, etc.).
  • Act as a strategic partner with business areas to ensure that data initiatives support decision-making and sustainable growth.
  • Promote innovation and digitalization of Master Data processes by implementing automation tools, analytics, and digital solutions.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement best market practices in data management.
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) at tactical, strategic, and managerial levels, ensuring continuous improvement and meeting the needs of business areas.
  • Actively participate in regional and global digital transformation projects related to data management.
  • Ensure, through benchmarking, that we are at high performance/automation levels by identifying opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and automation with the team.
  • Actively manage key stakeholders in the region, ensuring alignment, active listening, and the application of identified improvements, always looking at the end-to-end process and negotiating process changes within and outside the Master Data operation.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of data governance, digitalization processes, and automation.
  • Familiarity with MDM tools, ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), Power BI, among others.
  • Experience in digital innovation projects applied to data management or areas within Supply Chain.
  • Previous experience in managing and developing multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

  • Spanish.
  • Application of LEAN, PDCA, Kaizen concepts, and tools for mapping opportunities and improvements/root cause analysis.
