Job Description

1. Objetivo:

Construir a área de Planejamento Tributário, visando à otimização da carga tributária, trazendo ganhos e savings de resultado, EBITDA e cash flow (novos créditos tributários, fluxos e mapas fiscais, M&As e estruturas de planning tributário).

Responsável pela análise estratégica e consultiva de todos os impostos no Brasil (IR/CSLL, PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS, Retenções e Previdenciário).

Atuar como parceiro de negócio, colaborando com as áreas de operação para identificar oportunidades tributárias.

Liderar o projeto de Reforma Tributária na companhia, atendendo às necessidades dos stakeholders internos e externos.

Participar de questões de international tax relevantes para o reporte global, como política de Transfer Pricing e discussões de Pillar 2.

Participar de reuniões com associações técnicas relevantes (GETAP, ABIA, etc.) para posicionar a companhia.

Interagir proativamente com autoridades federais e estaduais para obtenção de regimes especiais e fiscalizações.

Conduzir reuniões e comitês relacionados às questões tributárias.

2. Responsabilidades:

  • Reforma Tributária;
  • Implementar planejamentos tributários que gerem savings de caixa, resultado e EBITDA, abrangendo todos os impostos do Brasil;
  • Suporte às áreas de negócio e consultoria tributária.

3. Requisitos:

  • Graduação completa em Direito, Administração, Economia;
  • Conhecimento em rotinas de planejamento tributário, legislação tributária e KPIs financeiros;
  • Pacote Office avançado;
  • Inglês avançado.

São Paulo (próximo ao Shopping Eldorado)
