The role of a Digital Marketing Manager is pivotal in driving online campaigns across Latin America to raise awareness of key solutions and increase consideration through the buying cycle.
Effective digital marketing strategies are crucial for market penetration, and this position plays a vital part in developing and executing these plans.
The manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote BMC solutions, thereby increasing brand presence and engagement with followers.
Key objectives include setting and executing the digital marketing strategy for assigned areas, overseeing digital platforms, creating and deploying digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, email, and display ads.
Additionally, the manager will identify target audiences, lead segmentation based on demographics, behaviors, and interests to ensure that marketing efforts reach the right people.
A close collaboration with marketing leadership, sales teams, and partners ecosystem will facilitate effective coordination and engagement of digital programs into regional marketing strategies.
Developing engaging content, such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, graphics, and email newsletters, will also be an essential responsibility, supporting global initiatives with localized focus, input, and customization.
Automated email workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement will also be set up by the manager, gathering insights from customer interactions and surveys to refine digital marketing efforts.
Tracking performance of digital marketing platforms to monitor and report KPIs of digital campaigns, identifying areas of improvement, optimizing ongoing programs, and making data-driven decisions will be key responsibilities.
Lastly, staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing will enable the manager to make informed decisions and adapt to changes in the market and corporate strategy.
- 5+ years related digital marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise IT environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Creative approach to stand out in a competitive digital space.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation, engagement, and reporting.
- Results driven, teamwork oriented, and customer focused.
- Analytical and process skills.
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
