Overview

Senior Director, Advisory Services. The Senior Director is responsible for managing a book of business across multiple customers with 5 million or more in sales and revenue. This position will be primarily responsible for performing billable work for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and deliver comprehensive consulting projects within an assigned service line and/or large engagements up to $250k or more.
  • Manage service line performance, including development of offerings, sales and business development, quality of implementation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively grow the entire Premier portfolio.
  • Maintain high staff utilization and appropriate margin on all engagements.
  • Measure success by service line revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, number of customers, and program development.
  • Lead engagements and provide deep technical/clinical involvement to influence decisions.
  • Serve as primary liaison for issues related to expertise and provide clinical/technical oversight to staff in development of engagements, materials, events, initiatives, committees, meetings, and presentations.
Qualifications

  • Work Experience: 10 or more years
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oversaw the integration of managed services solutions into client revenue cycle operations, aligning technology platforms, operational workflows, and performance benchmarks to drive scalable and sustainable improvements across front, middle, and back-end RCM functions.
  • Led the development and deployment of advanced RCM analytics frameworks, enabling data-driven decision-making through custom dashboards, KPI monitoring, and predictive modeling to identify leakage, optimize yield, and support strategic revenue initiatives.

Education

Master's Degree preferred

Working Conditions

Remote; Travel requirements: Travel 1-20% within the US. Physical Demands: Sedentary — Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves remaining stationary most of the time.

Compensation

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees.

Internal salary range for this role: $164,000 - $305,000. Final salary is dependent upon market factors including departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
