RH Senior Area Specialist Hybrid

We're expanding our operations in one of the most significant markets for inDrive, and to help us with it we are looking for RH Senior Area Specialist who'll be responsible for the business growth in Brazil.

  • Growing business in Brazil with main KPIs of the ride-hailing business of inDrive: Rides, GMV, NetRev
  • Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics by addressing customer concerns and feedback
  • Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to build and strengthen the brand in the local market
  • Gather and analyze data using: Google Spreadsheets, tableau, swrve, and Data Studio
  • Providing support in business and KPIs planning
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • 2-3+ years experience in business operations/expansion/launching in Ride-Hailing, Delivery, and E-commerce fields are highly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical tools: Tableau, Google services, and other BI
  • Marketing research experience
  • Knowledge of digital marketing: planning, results evaluation, tools, and media planning
  • Long-term strategic vision – ability to understand consequences of actions for a long-term perspective business outcome
