- Maintain accurate bookkeeping databases and prepare reports for senior management
- Communicate regularly with clients to request payments and resolve outstanding balances
- Record all incoming payments accurately, including partial and overpayments
- Perform account reconciliations and collaborate with internal teams to improve AR processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing AR data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with financial systems
- Solid understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles
- Experience in the food service, hospitality, or construction industry
- Familiarity with NetSuite software
