We are searching for the best talent for Business Innovation & Strategic Partnership Coordinator - São Paulo-SP

Purpose

The Business Innovation & Strategic Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the design, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives that drive innovation and value creation for the business. This role will play a key part in identifying external partnership opportunities, assessing market risks, and coordinating cross-functional projects.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Support the continuous mapping of innovation opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem (startups, innovation hubs, etc.).
• Conduct market, trend, and risk analyses with implications for the pharmaceutical sector.
• Co-lead the development of business cases, roadmaps, and action plans for strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate the implementation of pilot projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing, market access, medical, supply chain, regulatory, legal, etc.) and external partners.
• Assist in the evaluation and due diligence of potential strategic partners.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure proper governance of open innovation projects and strategic partnerships.
• Support the organization of innovation events and strategic forums, both internally and externally.
• Contribute to the communication of project results and insights to local and global leadership teams.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Innovation, Strategy, or Business Management is a plus.
• Previous experience in innovation, business development, strategic planning, alliance management or partnerships in the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), Spanish is a plus.
• Effective communication skills across different technical and organizational levels.
  
  

• Experience with innovation methodologies (e.g., design thinking, lean startup, agile).
• Understanding of the Brazilian healthcare ecosystem and global trends in digital health and patient experience.
• Experience in running Business Cases and complexity projects.
