
ESS Sales Director/Manager

Responsible for developing the ESS (Energy Storage System) market, identifying and executing relevant projects; analyze market trends and customer needs, formulating sales strategies and plans based on market conditions.
Responsibilities- Manage overseas order negotiations, contracting, and execution to ensure sales targets are achieved;
- Lead quotations at each stage of projects based on competitor quotations, industry raw material cost and company pricing strategies;
- Coordinate company\'s internal production resources to ensure smooth delivery of products and service quality;
- Maintain and strengthen business relationships with customers, conduct regular communication, collect market/customer feedback, and adjust sales strategies promptly;
- Provide expert product knowledge and consulting services to enhance customer satisfaction and brand influence;
- Attend international exhibitions to promote company branding and products;
- Bachelor\'s degree or above, 8+ years related business development or sales experience in the new energy industry;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
- Be motivated and logically organized, proficient negotiation and teamwork skills;
- Adapt to frequent travel, and perform well under pressure.
