Especialista Funcional Oracle Cloud – R2A

Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional sênior para atuar em operação de módulos financeiros do Oracle ERP Cloud. Você fará parte de um time global, garantindo excelência na entrega de serviços, conformidade com padrões SOX, e aplicação das melhores práticas ITIL.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar nos módulos: Contabilidade Geral (GL), Ativos Fixos e Gestão de Caixa (Cash Management)
  • Resolver incidentes e chamados dentro dos prazos (SLA), em parceria com times internos e fornecedores
  • Dar suporte durante o fechamento mensal contábil em múltiplas regiões (LATAM, EUA, APAC)
  • Executar testes de regressão nas atualizações trimestrais do ambiente Oracle Cloud SaaS
  • Garantir conformidade com processos SOX, documentação e evidências para auditorias
  • Liderar operações e melhorias contínuas em comunicação, processos e padrão de suporte
  • Participar da definição e disseminação de boas práticas, em alinhamento com ITIL e ferramentas como ServiceNow e GitLab
  • Trabalhar com equipes de engenharia e projetos para garantir implantações e integrações bem-sucedidas

Requisitos:
  • Experiência sólida em Oracle ERP Cloud nos módulos GL, Ativos Fixos e Gestão de Caixa
  • Mínimo de 10 anos com Oracle ERP e pelo menos 5 anos de atuação hands-on com Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Participação em pelo menos 3 projetos completos de implantação do Oracle Cloud
  • Familiaridade com localizações Oracle (LACLS) e requisitos fiscais do Brasil
  • Vivência com ferramentas como BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • Conhecimentos contábeis para garantir aderência a normas e práticas de reporte financeiro
  • Excelência na comunicação escrita e verbal em Português e Inglês
  • Habilidade para liderar equipes entre 5 e 10 pessoas
  • Perfil colaborativo, proativo, com postura analítica e foco em resultados
  • Graduação em Contabilidade, Finanças, TI ou áreas afins
