Especialista Sênior – Suporte Funcional Oracle Cloud (Financeiro)

Estamos buscando um profissional sênior com ampla experiência funcional em Oracle ERP Cloud, para atuar em operações financeiras dentro de um time global.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar nos módulos financeiros do Oracle ERP Cloud (Contas a Receber, Clientes, Faturamento, Cobrança, Contabilidade, Contas a Pagar, Ativos Fixos e Gestão de Caixa)
  • Resolver chamados e prestar suporte funcional com alta qualidade e dentro dos prazos
  • Apoiar usuários durante o fechamento contábil em diferentes regiões (LATAM, EUA, APAC)
  • Realizar testes de regressão em atualizações trimestrais do ambiente SaaS
  • Garantir conformidade com normas SOX e manter documentação dentro dos padrões ITIL
  • Liderar boas práticas de suporte, em parceria com times internos e fornecedores

Requisitos:
  • Experiência comprovada em Oracle ERP Cloud, com foco em módulos financeiros e localizações para o Brasil
  • Mínimo de 10 anos em Oracle ERP e 5 anos em Cloud (Fusion)
  • Participação em pelo menos 3 projetos de implantação completos (LATAM e EUA)
  • Domínio de ferramentas como BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, SOAP e REST
  • Formação superior em Contabilidade, Finanças, TI ou áreas relacionadas
  • Inglês fluente
