What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of commercial, marketing, and customer-facing roles
  • Strategically source top-tier talent using advanced techniques and maintain robust candidate pipelines
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment efforts with business priorities
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and align hiring with quarterly goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within high-growth tech or startup environments
  • Proven success in hiring for GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Strong ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and tailor recruitment strategies
  • Proficiency in modern sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment, particularly in the tech sector
  • Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and community engagement strategies
