Estamos em busca de um(a) Field Engineer com boa comunicação, energia, curiosidade e perfil técnico, para atuar diretamente com nossos clientes, garantindo o sucesso da operação e a extração de valor das nossas soluções de monitoramento de refrigeração.
Essa pessoa será o elo entre a tecnologia e a operação no campo — atuando junto a empresas dos setores industrial, varejista, logístico e redes parceiras, acompanhando o funcionamento dos nossos sensores e ajudando as equipes a entender e utilizar corretamente os softwares de monitoramento e acompanhamento.
Responsabilidades
- Atuar diretamente no campo com clientes, acompanhando o uso do sistema de monitoramento e dos sensores de temperatura/refrigeração;
- Diagnosticar a recorrência de alarmes acionados e orientar os responsáveis pelos pontos sobre causas e soluções;
- Auxiliar o cliente na organização operacional e na eficiência do monitoramento, com foco na redução de perdas e no aumento de performance;
- Criar cases reais de sucesso em clientes ainda em estágio inicial de transformação digital;
- Contribuir para o desenho e a melhoria contínua dos processos operacionais dos clientes;
- Identificar oportunidades de expansão e melhorias nos clientes visitados;
- Realizar visitas técnicas, reuniões presenciais e elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento;
- Ser referência técnica de campo, atuando como ponto de contato próximo do cliente.
