Lead Field Service Engineer

Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Field Service Engineer Lead. As part of our Turbomachinery and Process Solutions group, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of engineers who provide industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of excellence in safety, quality and compliance within the team.
  • Develop and manage the skills and competencies of Field Service Engineers through training and coaching.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure effective support and balanced utilization of resources.
  • Deploy qualified engineers to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and customers to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Resource Manager in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of English, Portuguese and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with common PC software tools.
