What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead a sales team focused on generating demand for Ambulatory Infusion Clinics
  • Expand team capabilities and enter new markets in specialty therapies
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team culture through effective hiring and performance management
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive sales growth and operational performance
  • Refine go-to-market strategies in partnership with leadership teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor\'s degree required
  • 10+ years of proven sales performance in the healthcare industry
  • 10-15+ years of experience in sales management or leadership roles
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in physician office or specialty clinic sales strongly preferred
