As our Operations Associate, you'll ensure the smooth and accurate execution of daily tasks while staying compliant with internal policies. You'll spot issues, track discrepancies, and help drive improvements, making a real impact on operational efficiency. What skills do I need?

• Someone open to the constant change in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, a self-starter, and open to working across time zones with teams worldwide
• Experience in the payment or fintech industry
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
• Observant profile to determine where the flaws lie (attention to detail)
• Curious profile and positive attitude
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Advanced/Fluent English
