
Technical IT Support Analyst

Incident & Problem Management:
- Troubleshoots, accurately diagnoses, and/or forwards IT-related issues.
- Walks users through recommended problem-solving steps.
Service Request Fulfillment:
- Provides software, hardware products, and workplace equipment following work instructions.
- Fulfills user and access management requests following work instructions.
- Answers and forwards technical questions, supporting users in all IT technical matters.
- Learns technical change requests implemented by backend teams.
- Manages assets, stock, and demand.
- Ensures accurate stock and inventory management; prepares asset demands.
- Executes disposals following work instructions.
Projects & Improvements:
- Assists onsite with general IT build-out tasks.
- Participates in discussions for workplace improvements.
- Learns best practices for IT service processes, points out ambiguities, and asks questions to improve daily operations.
Collaboration & Learning:
- Enhances skills as an Engineer and professional, broadening horizons beyond current assignments.
- Seeks to learn from peers, feedback, training, and technical literature.
- Reads and understands step-by-step guides and technical work instructions.
The Technical Service Analyst position is a hybrid role based in our Sao Paulo, Brazil Office.

What will help you succeedMinimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in desktop technical support.
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Technical studies related to IT.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop OS and basic networking principles.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Experience supporting MAC OS is a plus.
- Experience supporting the IT needs of executive-level leaders.
