Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Are you ready to help us?

As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great by any international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. In addition you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to the relocation to Sweden for our consultants. In short we fix everything for our employees - visa, work permits, tickets, arrangement of housing, you name it - we fix it

Our clients are primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with your colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. • Identify and engage engineers suitable for relocation to Sweden, and communicate the benefits of living and working there.
• Build trust with candidates who are considering a move to a new country.
• Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics.
• Assist with visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements and other practical relocation steps.
• Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
• Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in multiple countries.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
• A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
• Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
• High quality and brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
• Upper intermediate English.
• Knowledge of several contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
• Self-confident, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
• Durable and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue pushing for results.
• Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
• Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.

• Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
• Location: Work from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
• Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays, with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
