The Amazon Selling Partner API Services team is hiring an experienced Risk Program Manager to drive compliance with program policy requirements, mitigating risks related to Selling Partner API (SP-API) for Selling Partners and Developers.

This role involves ensuring the accuracy of auditing and assessment systems, analyzing data to inform decisions, and providing feedback to improve policies across a global team.

The Risk Program Manager will collaborate with Selling Partners, Third-Party Developers, Global Partner teams, Legal Counsel, Solutions Architects, and Technical teams to develop and enhance auditing tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve a global SP-API auditing and assessment program with feedback from stakeholders.
  • Apply process improvement and risk mitigation methodologies.
  • Maintain understanding of risk and control principles and regulatory expectations.
  • Identify, track, and report on key risk indicators.
  • Collaborate with internal tech teams to enhance auditing tools and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with external assessment and audit firms for evaluations.
  • Implement standardized tech and risk solutions to improve compliance and reduce workload.
  • Enhance integrator experience through webinars, seminars, and improved communication.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, or risk management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional auditing or compliance credentials
  • Experience with SQL and Excel
  • Experience defining program requirements and leveraging data for improvements
