Head Estratégico de Media & Loyalty

Ubicación: CABA – Modalidad híbrida (3 días presenciales Microcentro)

Reporta a: Dirección General / Dirección de Desarrollo de Negocios

Propósito del rol:

Diseñar y liderar estrategias de Paid Media & Loyalty con una visión integral del cliente y

del negocio. Acompañar comercialmente y posicionar el área como motor de crecimiento.

Responsabilidades:

● Diseñar estrategias multicanal de Paid Media y soluciones de Loyalty.

● Liderar la evolución de los packs de servicio del área.

● Ser referente en loyalty avanzado (CRM, flows, activaciones).

● Participar en reuniones estratégicas y comerciales.

● Detectar oportunidades de negocio junto al equipo de Client Success.

● Coordinar implementación con el Head Operativo.

● Desarrollar vínculos con partners (Meta, Google, Salesforce, etc).

● Documentar propuestas y assets comerciales.

● Acompañar onboarding estratégico de nuevos clientes.

Perfil requerido:

● +5 años de experiencia en marketing digital, performance y loyalty.

● Visión estratégica y orientación comercial.

● Excelente manejo de CRM y herramientas de automatización.

● Alta capacidad comunicacional y consultiva.

● Creatividad y pensamiento data-driven.

● Deseable experiencia en ecommerce, tecnología o agencias.

Stack de herramientas:

Facebook Ads, Google Ads, DV360, GA4, Salesforce, Zapier, Mailchimp, Shopify, Active

Campaign, etc.
