Ready to lead recruitment with flair and strategy? We're looking for a dynamic Head of Recruitment who can source top talent, own the hiring process end-to-end, and build strong client relationships—all while driving an exceptional candidate experience.

Location: Open to candidates based in Europe or South America – Full-Time, Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across regions.
  • Proactively source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments with precision.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients—building trust and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Manage and optimize the ATS for efficient hiring (TeamTailor knowledge is a plus).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting expertise.
  • Skilled interviewer with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a client-facing recruitment role.
  • ATS proficiency (TeamTailor experience a bonus).
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • High energy and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
