What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to meet HTD's internal hiring needs.
• Hunt for top talent using direct search and other creative sourcing channels.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of the labor market trends to stay ahead of the game.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression.
• Drive improvements and streamline processes to support our recruitment team.
• Build HTD's brand awareness and create a positive image among candidates.
• Collaborate with our People Operations team on exciting joint projects.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, in the IT industry.
• Solid understanding of the IT sector and its unique talent needs.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills to juggle multiple tasks.
• A proactive, engaged approach and a sense of ownership for your projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Creativity and openness to tackle new challenges and embrace new experiences.
• Independence and initiative to drive results on your own.
• Communicative English (B2+ or higher) to collaborate with our global team.
• Exceptional communication skills to connect with candidates and stakeholders.
• Bonus points: Experience recruiting for the U.S. market is a big plus

What We Need From You

• Extensive commercial experience in
• Demonstrated use of best practices
• Communicative level of English (B2+) – both spoken and written
• Eagerness to learn and constantly improve yourself
• Being a team player focused on getting things done
  
  

We Appreciate If You Have

• Previous experience working in Scrum and Agile Teams
• Strong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcare
• Unit test and debugging skills
  
  

Your Daily Life In HTD Will Be Focusing Around

• Delivering readable, maintainable software covered with automated tests
• Communicating effectively with other team members and clients
• English speaking and writing
• Sharing your knowledge including contributing to open source, writing blog posts, and taking an active part in workshops and hackathons we organize
  
  

What You Can Expect From Us

• Salary depending on your skills and experience:
• PLN 18 000 – 26 000 + VAT on a B2B contract
• PLN 15 000 – 21 700 gross on employment contract
• 25 paid days off (B2B/UZ)
