What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support product sales as the technical and industry expert for a client-facing sales team
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client partners
- Guide strategic programs in top accounts, facilitating customer journey sessions
- Provide feedback to product management to influence product roadmap and strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Enterprise Applications
- Industry experience in Financial Services is desirable
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with other enterprise cloud software solutions
- Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, and professional services
- Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with competitive analysis and market differentiation
- Experience supporting marketing events such as conferences and trade shows
- Knowledge of best practices and reusable assets in solution consulting
