Job Summary
As a Process Mining Analyst in the Automation team for Managed Solutions, you will be instrumental in analyzing, optimizing, and designing business processes using data-driven insights. Your role will involve identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities, creating new processes with a high degree of automation, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement these processes effectively.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business and technical needs for Managed Solutions.
  2. Design and develop new processes focusing on automation.
  3. Support automation initiatives by identifying suitable candidates and working with automation teams.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements and automation efforts.
  5. Present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
  6. Conduct follow-ups to assess process performance and make adjustments.
  7. Stay updated on trends and technologies in process mining, automation, and business process management.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in process mining, business process analysis, or related fields.
  2. Proficiency in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
  3. Understanding of the Managed Solution business and supporting products and solutions.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA, BPM).
  7. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is advantageous.
