This Position reports to:
Marketing & Sales Manager

**Position Mission**:
Are you motivated, organized, and eager to be part of a global company that is transforming the industry with cutting-edge technology? ABB is looking for a **Junior Sales Support Analyst** to join our **Process Automation** team in Brazil, working directly with the front sales team dedicated to the **mining market**. If you have a dynamic profile, enjoy working closely with the commercial area, and are comfortable dealing with different departments and demands, this opportunity is for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the mining sales team with transactional and operational activities
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up with clients
- Assist in preparing documents for proposals, contracts, and risk reviews
- Update the CRM with visit reports and business opportunities
- Participate in training sessions and support field service activities

**Requirements**:

- Technical degree in Administration or related fields (Electrical, Electronics, or Automation are a plus)
- Advanced English for conversation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience in sales support or commercial areas

**Differentials**:

- Experience in the mining industry
- Proactive profile with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues independently
