As a Talent Acquisition Partner in Brazil, you'll go beyond transactional recruiting to drive strategic hiring outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with business leaders, influence hiring decisions, and shape candidate experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence and inclusion. Joining Genesys means becoming part of a team focused on global growth, human connection, and industry leadership in Experience as a Service (XaaS).**Key Responsibilities*** Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools such as Findem.AI to identify and engage talent in Brazil and global markets* Build and nurture diverse and inclusive talent pipelines across technical and non-technical roles* Develop personalized messaging strategies that attract top-tier professionals* Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand team needs and craft effective hiring strategies* Ensure job postings are compelling, inclusive, and aligned with Genesys' brand and hiring standards* Stay current on market trends, our product landscape, and business priorities to enhance recruiting effectiveness* Guide hiring teams on best practices related to interviewing, selection, and candidate engagement* Maintain accuracy and compliance in Workday ATS throughout the hiring process* Collaborate on employer branding initiatives, especially through social media and content engagement* Actively contribute to team projects that enhance recruitment innovation and operational excellence**Requirements*** Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)* Ability to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week onsite in São Paulo)* Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or direct search experience, preferably in the tech sector* Proficiency in sourcing passive talent and understanding local market dynamics* Experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones* Proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to influence outcomes* Demonstrated ability to drive inclusion through recruiting practices* Experience using Workday or similar ATS platforms (Workday experience preferred)* Comfortable working in a high-paced, evolving SaaS environment* Strong social media presence and understanding of content engagement for recruitment* Awareness of Brazilian labor laws and hiring compliance standards**Preferred Qualifications*** Prior experience recruiting in a global or matrixed organization* Experience sourcing for niche technical roles in Latin America* Familiarity with employer branding tools or recruitment marketing platforms#LI-CP1If a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.**About Genesys:**Genesys empowers more than 8,000 organizations in over 100 countries to improve loyalty and business outcomes by creating the best experiences for their customers and employees.
