Estamos buscando un/a profesional que impulse la mejora continua, gestionando un soporte regional de IT en nuestras oficinas de Argentina y Chile, con un enfoque particular en el soporte remoto para Chile.

Responsabilidades
  • Responsable de brindar soporte diario a colaboradores en oficinas y centros de servicios (Argentina y Chile).
  • Gestión de activos: Administración de equipos como laptops, celulares, headsets, y periféricos.
  • Gestión de accesos a sistemas y redes internas (iScala, creación de usuarios, control de accesos físicos).
  • Gestión de los dashboards de la compañía.
  • Mantenimiento: Supervisión de servidores, redes y conectividad en distintos sitios.
  • Control y seguimiento del presupuesto de IT, trabajando junto con el equipo de finanzas.
  • Participación en auditorías internas y externas.
  • Colaboración con diferentes áreas y equipos de IT en la compañía.
Requisitos Técnicos
  • Conocimientos de sistemas y redes.
  • Experiencia en gestión de infraestructura IT, incluyendo servidores y redes.
  • Conocimientos de ERP, particularmente iScala (No excluyente).
  • Experiencia previa en la gestión de proveedores de servicios IT, gestión de Power BI y Data analytics.

Idioma: Inglés Intermedio – Avanzado
