About the Role

We need a data-savvy analyst who can turn raw numbers into insights and dashboards that drive financial decisions. You will sit at the intersection of finance and analytics, owning data pipelines, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis that keeps leadership informed and investors confident.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Metabase (BigQuery and Snowflake backend) that surface key financial and operational metrics.
  • Write efficient SQL to extract, clean, and aggregate data for recurring and one-off analyses.
  • Own our financial models: forecasts, budgets, and scenario plans, ensuring they reconcile to actuals.
  • Track budget vs. actuals and explain variances with clear, data-driven commentary.
  • Develop automated reporting for revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, and cash runway.
  • Support board decks and investor updates with concise visuals and bulletproof numbers.
  • Partner with finance, growth, and ops teams to scope data requirements for new initiatives (pricing tests, expansion plans, M&A diligence).
What You Bring
  • AI-native: you use AI every day.
  • Expert-level Excel skills for financial modeling
  • Strong SQL: you can join large tables, create CTEs, and optimize queries for BigQuery.
  • Proven BI experience: you have shipped dashboards in Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
  • Solid grasp of accounting principles.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a bias toward clear, actionable storytelling.
  • Professional-level English. Python for data wrangling is a nice-to-have.
