International customers access Omnicomm products via system integration partners. The company's global sales and distribution channels delivering Omnicomm products to more than 150 countries worldwide include over 3,000 partners. The company is actively working in Europe, Mexico & Latin America, Brazil, India, MENA and Africa. Omnicomm products are used by both enterprise and SMB companies working in the following industries: logistics & transportation, passenger transportation, mining, construction, car rental & leasing, agriculture, oil & gas, etc. More than 1 mln vehicles from various industries are now equipped with Omnicomm technology. These vehicles range from sea-vessels, community transport, locomotives, fuel tankers and heavy tracks till passenger transportation and delivery vehicles.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with partners to identify and develop business opportunities related to Omnicomm's solutions.
  • Lead the technical aspects of the sales process, from product presentations and solution demonstrations to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Conduct POCs and oversee onboarding processes for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to streamline the sales process and enhance partner relationships.
  • Participate in client and partner meetings, delivering impactful presentations, webinars, and representing Omnicomm at exhibitions.
  • Provide training and demonstrations to partners, either on-site or remotely, to ensure they are well-equipped to utilize our solutions.
  • Develop and refine technical documentation, presentations, training materials, and case studies to support sales efforts.
  • Engage in the creation and enhancement of standardized solutions and localized documentation.
  • Supervise and support POCs, tests, and equipment configurations to meet partner requirements.
  • Offer technical support for customizations, integrations, and new feature development as needed.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to provide second-layer support when necessary.

Ideal Profile

  • Technical Higher Education in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering or technical roles.
  • Fluent spoken English (B2 or higher) is essential, knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with fuel and fleet monitoring equipment is advantageous.
  • Proficient in office software, including PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
