What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue objectives within the assigned Midwest territory
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for sales leadership
  • Develop strategic territory plans to maximize revenue potential
  • Generate leads through various initiatives including direct mail, email marketing, and networking events
  • Demonstrate product solutions to prospects and coordinate with Account Management on pre/post-sales implementation
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Health, Wellness, or Human Capital Management
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively understand and address customer needs
