- Achieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue objectives within the assigned Midwest territory
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for sales leadership
- Develop strategic territory plans to maximize revenue potential
- Generate leads through various initiatives including direct mail, email marketing, and networking events
- Demonstrate product solutions to prospects and coordinate with Account Management on pre/post-sales implementation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Health, Wellness, or Human Capital Management
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Familiarity with sales tools such as and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively understand and address customer needs
- Experience in selling enterprise products/services with a focus on value-based selling methodologies
- Strong ability to manage complex selling engagements
- Passion for collaboration and team building across various functions
- Adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
