About The Site

Wind power generation facility located in João Camara, Rio Grande do Norte.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the wind farm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure compliance with all project safety, environmental, and contractual responsibilities.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
  • Coordinate resource availability with applicable areas.
  • Coordinate maintenance and administrative staff.
  • Attend on-call shifts during weekends and holidays as scheduled.
  • Work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance, and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet).
  • Prepare and control annual maintenance budgets and periodic status reports.
  • Perform quality inspection activities on the plant's generator fleet and auxiliary equipment.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Electrical or Electromechanical Technician degree and a valid CFT's License.
  • Minimum of four years of WTG O&M field management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of WTG O&M contract management.
  • Hold a National Driver's License - CNH B.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • MBA degree in project management or related field preferred.
